My mission is to help you see beyond (y)our mental health diagno(n)ses, and learn more about your inner world.

I write about my personal experience with mental health problems, and I mix this with a dash of science.

I’m certified in
Healing with the Arts
Meditation
Positive Psychology, and some other areas.

You won’t find many long reads here.

I focus on short(er) articles, to help people with shorter attention spans, and to simply help you spare some time.
