  1. Lists definitely help. If I’m reading things online, it can be helpful to scroll as I go so that what I’m reading is always at the top of the page. That way, when I lose focus, it’s easier to see where I left off.

  2. When I find myself distracted, it’s often because there is too much noise. Often these days there’s not much you can do about it, but a good pair of earphones and soothing music helps me, or any Nature sounds.
