Write down 3 things you did well throughout the day. 🙂
Plain and simple. You can do this every evening if you need to.
Sometimes it might be harder to find all 3 things, especially on the bad days. There’s nothing wrong if you write just one or 1 or 2 items on such days. There is always something between everything and nothing.
Do you have any experience with writing down your accomplishments? How does it make you feel?
I sometimes feel like a fraud and find endless critics right after the first good thing. Still working on my perfectionism.
