Hi, I’m Maja, and I come from Slovenia.
Lampelina is my nickname since 2006 when I first started blogging and working with WordPress.

I’m more than my diagnosis and so are you.

I’m a former nurse, midwifery dropout, certified in many other areas, including some parts of psychology and I’m still learning to live with complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD). I like many different things (especially health sciences and technology) and I dislike many things too, the same goes for people.

I have some personal experiences with borderline personality disorder (which is very similar to CPTSD), multiple addictions, and other, more regular life challenges, known to all of us, humans.

This blog was created for other people with CPTSD, ADHD, other mental health challenges, their support network, and others who might be just curious or want to improve their own well-being. ❤️

Thanks for stopping by.
Feel free to contact me if you think I can help you with something.
