It’s amazing what a simple change in the way we think can do.

Now go out and get excited about the next thing you’re afraid of, but you’re still going to do it. 🙂
It doesn’t have to be skydiving. For some this means going to the local store again. Or drive with your own car after a long while. Or do the project you were about to do for a while, but was too afraid of your own failure. Or talk to a stranger. Or even talk to a relative, friend, or somebody else you were afraid of because you were afraid of their reaction.
We are afraid of different things and something that might be scary for you could be no big deal for somebody else and vice versa.
